Since 1996, Wuhan Huade has been focusing on the manufacture of metal products. We provide European customers with high-quality castings, reliable solutions, development and production solutions for customized parts, and considerate services. Based on our high-quality product quality and trustworthy reliability, the partnership between us and our customers has always remained stable and friendly.We have our own casting, waxing and processing workshops, design offices and processing centers, grape drying rooms and warehouses, material laboratories, spectral analysis rooms and quality control rooms. We have more than one hundred engineers, technicians and skilled workers. We are responsible for everything from design, casting, production, processing, packaging to transportation logistics. In particular, we have advanced CNC mold manufacturing equipment, which can make complex molds at the lowest price, making our company very competitive.

The foundry covers an area of about 10,000 square meters, and the factory office building and other buildings are 4,000 square meters. The company's current main equipment is as follows: 1 spectrometer, 4 double-station wax injection machines, 40P central air conditioners, and 4 dehumidifiers (dehumidification capacity 40Kg/h). 2 roasting furnaces, 1 120Kg melting furnace, 3 shot blasting equipment, 2 hydraulic shaping machines, a total of more than 60 sets.The company established a quality assurance system in accordance with ISO9001-2000 standards to achieve full process control of incoming material inspection, process inspection, and finished product inspection.
